The Moon Singapore Bookstore

Postcard from The Moon Singapore (Closed)

1 min read

We are in my latest favourite bookshop in Singapore, The Moon. So glad to see non-pretentious-indie bookstores keep popping up here and there on my most beloved island in the world.

Fafa is sitting beside me, busy arranging timing with his former hairstylist to cut the invisible side bangs that have been bothering him throughout the day. I am writing this while waiting for the barista to prepare our coffee orders. After this, I want to write some postcards to send to myself and Jik.

From here, I want to go outside and walk around to take mural pictures of Chinatown. But it’s so hot and humid, and we already have a hard time breathing; at least it doesn’t rain cats and dogs today (yet), and I am grateful for that.

Today is also officially one year since we got the matching Torii gate tattoo by Ron Sugano in Tokyo, Japan.
