Tonight, I went to my first-ever buffet restaurant for a company-funded buffet dinner, which was awesome. I started with chilli crab, bit into cheese, and indulged in sea-tasting oysters but missed the ice cream. The fact that I thought only a hotel’s buffet breakfast was worth waking up for in the morning should have motivated me to explore more of the buffet world, but I didn’t. Why, self? WHY??
Today, sitting there, high on mango pudding, I had no idea why. Today, I am a believer, a buffet dinner believer. Yum!!
Buffet dinner, I shall engage with you more often.
