A Dollar of Singapore Economy Fried Bee Hoon

1 min read

It’s interesting how Singapore Economy and Fried Bee Hoon are often used in the same sentence, most of the time as is, describing one of the biggest delights of Singapore food culture – a fried bee hoon (rice vermicelli noodle)that costs SGD$1. It’s a delight among locals and immigrants. I love Singapore Economy Fried Bee Hoon as it’s a delicious and filling meal with minimum impact on the wallet. But none loves it as much as the CFO I am currently reporting to, as it’s cheap, cheap, cheap.
