Okonomiyaki The Japanese Pizza

I first had Okonomiyaki, the savoury Japanese pancake, at a cozy little restaurant called Warai-Warai in Kyoto, Japan. The waitress aunty has quite impressive hospitality and conversational English skills. I liked her immediately. The food looked interesting, and we played around with Katsuobushi before we devoured it. For me, Okonomiyaki tasted similar to pizza.
