Singapore New Year Traditions

1 min read

Today I woke up late and met my cousins and their partners and daughter for lunch in Chinatown to eat our favourite dish ━ green chilli pork, at Old Yang Kee.

We successfully get my cousin’s parents to let her stay for another day in Singapore. Before that, Jik and I sneaked out to have desserts by ourselves.

These are the moments I will treasure forever.

Soon after that, we did things together ━ like how we used to do when we were much younger ━ shopping, eating and catching up.

Before going home, I got myself a pink water bottle (something new in the new year) to keep my water at Fafa’s place.
