I threw Fia a teeny-tiny baby shower together with Yin and Vi, complete with balloons and birthday caps. Vi baked a cake, Yin took pictures, and I posed with the mother-to-be.
I met many of my otherwise forgotten relatives because of a family wedding. We flew to India (my first experience), wore saris, and had biriyani. Weddings are fun, aren’t they? I love it! Mainly because every cousin from God knows where flew down to gather around while holding vadai plates. I didn’t see much of India this time, but I did get a glimpse of the clothing worn. They are all colourful, glittery, and bling—my fashion heaven.
