I miss home, as in Jakarta home. Having two or more places you call home is an interesting concept. I miss my parents. I miss seeing framed pictures of people when I visit other people’s houses.
For the longest time, I thought “Survival of the Fittest” meant “Survival of the Fetus,” thinking that the fetus is a depiction of the embryos that have survived, and therefore, it’s considered the strongest (fittest) one.
Typing, or worse, saying “LOL” when you are not actually LOL-ing is one of my biggest pet peeves.
