This month…
I went to Penang, including Batu Feringgih, in Malaysia. There I ordered a few ringgits worth of cut fruits and demolished them all in minutes – a perfect dessert on such a hot day. I would have eaten more if it were not for Fafa, who stopped me because I was still coughing.
I attended the World Street Food Festival with other food enthusiasts and got to eat cuisine from many countries, including Indonesia.
I returned to Jakarta over the weekend and slept in my childhood bed in the purple room. It’s nice to know they haven’t turned it into a storage room yet, although I see many of Amma’s knickknacks there.
I had a few coffee dates with Amma.
I survived moving this to move from Blogger to WordPress and learned a few technical things along the way.
