Here’s my philosophy on food: if it’s cooked well, it’ll taste great. If it doesn’t, at least we’ve tried something new. If it’s not new, maybe it’s free. If we paid for it, hey—we saved ourselves the trouble of cooking. And if we cooked it, at least we learned something.
Most of the time, with food, there’s always a win. Nothing* is ever a real mistake.
*exception applies.
